Hey, my name is Sarah. I am a work in progress!
I am in the process of going low fodmap vegetarian, and would appreciate any and all advice on the matter. I am making this change for my health as I have found I am much better on low fodmap paleo than I was on low fodmap alone, and that low fodmap was soo much better than just gluten free!
I have been (mostly) paleo since feb this year but am finding I am ultra high strung and that the less meat I eat the less egdy I am? I have been eating vegetarin for about a week now and am finding it mostly ok (I have gone vege a few times but never made it past the 3 month mark), but thought mfp would be a good way to get support, make friends and enjoy the process. I havent really had any dairy this year, with being paleo, and I loath eggs, so will try and avoid them at all costs... I could almost go so far as to consider myself a wannabe vegan but I do on occassion have honey and wpc shakes, and I am happy with this...

good work Sarah. I spent a year on low FODMAP and feel a lot better now too.0
