I've been doing IF since late August. I've now added in weight training. If you're weight training, when do you fast? I do heavy weights on Tuesday and Friday. Can I fast Wednesday?

I do weight training once a week. I generally don't do it on a fast day simply because it doesn't work out schedule-wise for me to do it on a fast day. I tend to do my cardio on my fast days. My thought is that as long as I am not hurting myself, any kind of exercise is OK on a fast day.0

I've done it on both a fasting day and a non-fasting day. I did lift weights yesterday and today I'm fasting. I suppose it's better to lift weights on a non-fast day as you can really load up on protein. I would just say try it on both and see how you feel. Everyone is different!0
