Hi there!

I am happy to have found this group as it is hard to keep motivated to lose those last few sticky pounds. Here's my stats:

Age 31
Height 5'7.5"

SW: 201
CW: 131
GW: 120-125

I have 6-10lbs to go. And it is so slowwwwwwww losing them! I remember the very first week of my weight loss, I lost 7 lbs!! Now it would take about ten weeks to lose that amount :-(

I am hoping we can all motivate each other to release the last few pounds and achieve our goals!

    Hello!

My name is Iglika (it means Primrose on english :D ) , I'm 19 years old and I'm 5'7.

    Starting weight: 165
Lowest weight : 121 (my goal weight!)
    Current weight : 130
    Goal weight : 121

When I reached my goal weight last year I managed to maintain it, but I had some serious problems and started emotionally overeating. After 7 months of binge-eating from time to time, I gained 9 pounds and I really want to lose them again.

I hope I will find support and motivation here and we'll all reach our goals!
  • Hi, Good to be here! I only have 10 pounds to lose because I want to get those 10 pounds off before more add on!

    Here's my stats:

    Age: 31
Height: 5'6" (it could be 5'5" but my DL says 5'6" so we're sticking with that lol)

    SW/CW: 138
GW: 128 (although I will be happy if I can just lose a couple of inches of flab from my stomach and thighs)

I used to be one of those annoying people who ate whatever and never gained a pound due to a fast metabolism and being crazy active but a desk job and hitting my late 20's/30 have seen a tide turn. I'd like to be able to fit back into some of my cute clothes from the past year and not grow out of all the new ones I had to buy when I went up a size.

I hope this group can help me stay motivated as patience wasn't one of the virtues I was given at birth lol and I just want the muffin top gone!!

I was the same ^^ ...I used to be able to eat junk food all day and was still skinny, I was underweight as a teenager and in my early 20s. Then I had a child, got a desk job, had to stop horse riding and, unfortunately, my love for junk food didn't change. I put on 80-90lbs (that's nearly another person)!! :noway: I need to be really careful not to return to my old habits meh

Hello ladies, so glad I found gis group! I have been trying to lose the last 14-17 and I am on the last 10.

    Age: 28
    Height: 5'5"
    Build: large/athletic build to body
    Cw: 147
    Gw: 137-140

I started my weight loss journey 9 years ago and lost 20lbs (Down to 157) and wiggled between 5 pounds up and down and for the last 5 years I have been around 153/154. I have already dropped 7lbs but it's a slower process 1.5lbs a week). It's hard to follow my moderate/intense lifting/training routine with athletic cardio on lower calories (I eat about 1230-1900 net calories depending on my calorie burn at the gym) but thankfully indulge in a free day on Saturdays to help keep my sanity and keep my metabolism guessing.. Sadly I use to drop 2-2.5 pounds when I was younger and at a higher weight but even with following the same method, with the last few pounds and age difference, it's just a slower process

It's good to be joining the group and you ladies on this journey!
