Day 16 - Core

Done! Long torso but I don't stick on the way down anymore only on the way up which makes it hard to keep up with the pace. Still having a hard time "feeling it" on the standing stuff which means I'm probably doing it wrong. Guess I'll figure it out sooner or later.

    im in the same boat with not feeling it. also, I suck at side planks. I cant wait to get better!!

    Side planks are hard for me too - try putting more weight on your feet it helps. :)
