Finished my first 10k Race - Bolder Boulder

I finished!!!! That was the goal. My daughters and I signed up for and ran the Bolder Boulder 10k yesterday. It was awesome. Yes...I'm slow....but faster than everyone sitting on the couch - and that feels good. Finished in 1 hour 13 minutes.

Now...whats next?

    Well done! That is a great pace for your first 10k, I'd be really happy if I managed that. Have you caught the bug?

    1:13:00 is an amazing time. Check out where you rank in your age group. I bet that you're in the top 1/4 or 1/3, unless its a really competitive race.
