Hi Everyone,

Just found this group! I'm 5'2" and currently about 138lbs (give or take a lb!). I started just over a year ago at 156lbs and for about 10months I was so focussed and motivated. Running, cycling, strength training, and dropped down to 135lbs and was so happy. Then I got injured and ever since my drive has been non-existent.

I gained a few lbs back and lost all my definition :( Today I bust my size 8 (UK) trousers :( So its time to get back in control of this! I am a believer in moderation. I won't cut out any foods because for me that isn't sustainable but I do fit them into my calorie count.

So, I have 10-15lbs to go until I reach my goal weight range and am hoping you ladies might support me along the way!
