Hello all! So how did your week go??? I hope you are enjoying good weather where you are! It FINALLY started to cool down a bit here, so can walk home from work in some pretty 'ok' weather!
Are you sticking to your healthy plan?? Getting your exercise in...even if for 20 minutes!! Keeping moving!! Any plans for the weekend?? I am doing paperwork for work. Our accreditation was postponed to Dec 7, so we have a bit more time to get ready!! Yeah! I also want to 'declutter' one or two of my rooms. I just have tooooooo much 'stuff'. When you seriously think about the 'stuff' we can collect, and then look at the amount....I say to myself....'why'??? I mean I must have duplicates after duplicates of photos...why??? I have a ton of receipes that I have collected for the past umteen years....hardly used any of them.....why??? And I bet I have over 500 pens/pencils from over the years from work....why??? So I am going to have a decluttering party with myself!!! And try to stay on track with the caloric intake and getting my steps in ...and maybe even throwing in an exercise DVD!! Hummmm dancin' to an old Richard Simmons DVD sounds fun....the music can't be beat!!!

My week has been up and down a lot. I'll start out a day well, and then have late night rumblies that get the best of me. I did get a TON of steps in this week, though! I think I'm going to hit a personal best for 7 day totals today (I might have yesterday, actually).
I need to work on my laundry pile and continue the closet destuffening this weekend. I put a bunch of stuff in bags to donate a couple of weeks ago, but I've got some more that I should get rid of. It's surprisingly hard. I'm TERRIFIED that I'm going to gain the weight back and then I'll have no clothes! Holding onto them seems awfully pessimistic, though.

Back from the doctor and don't know much more than I did before I went.
The took blood for a CBC and Metabolic Panel as well as urine to check for protein in my urine. He said that if they don't see a problem in the blood/urine, then he will most likely have to refer me to my gastric bypass surgeon for some answers. If my protein levels are higher than they've been in my urine then it's back to the kidney specialist (they he gave me NO answers the last time I went). I am so frustrated. Part of the problem is the numbers that are looking at as "normal" are actually low for me because of the gastric bypass. I'm pretty sure that's where I'm going to end up.
As for my weekend, not a whole lot. Tomorrow we are going to an all day conference at church and I'm hoping to get over to Walmart but other than that....same ole, same ole. I completely understand the decluttering. I have been on a major purge in our apartment. Our storage space is so limited, I'm constantly having to evaluate.....have we used this recently? I need to get in Cody's room. That child has more crap than any child should.0
