    I think you'll love it! After working on my fitness for about a year, I knew I was ready for something more "extreme" and really wanted to start lifting heavy. ChaLean fit the bill! I just started week 2 of Push today and have really seen changes already. I'm excited for the end result! Good luck to you!

    I just got mine in the mail yesterday. Going to do the starter discs starting tomorrow with Fire Starter then Monday start CLX/TF hybrid.
