hello day 5

hello all my name is Kristtina, today is day 5 I started on 11/3/14 I cant do workouts on the weekends so I will be doing doubles on Fridays and do rest days on saturday and sunday. im doing so much better everyday. starting weight before everything was 212 current weight is 206.5 I don't know what to expect from doing this program but I hope to at least lose a bunch of inches.

    Secondly, 6 lbs in 5 days is awesome!! It's always exciting to see that big weight loss in the beginning. So congrats on that!

    It sounds like you have a plan which is the most important part.
