Tracking PiYo
I don't have a heart rate monitor so I'm wondering how everyone is tracking the PiYo workouts. I tried listing it as either aerobic low impact or calisthenics, light/moderate effort. So today started week 3 for me and the second to last Define class. Now it's time to really get down to business! Define - Upper & Lower Body
Okay, so who else thinks that these two classes could be put together? They both are roughly 20 minutes running time on the DVD's so I feel like they really should just be put together for one nice 40 minute long class. Last night I just did lower body plus 20 minutes on my elliptical to really get in a good sweat session.
Rest Day
Today was day 5 for me, which means Rest Day. I missed Wednesday's workout so I did doubles yesterday (Sweat and Upper Body) and took today off as per the schedule.
