Week 3

So today started week 3 for me and the second to last Define class. Now it's time to really get down to business! I've been adding in cardio pretty much every day and this week I plan to be more consistent with my weight training also. Needless to say, I can't wait until Friday to hop on the scale (although that's not what I focus on anymore) and the end of next week to take my BF % again!

Core and Lower Body today. That was the last session of the Lower/Upper body workouts on my schedule, now I'm on to the full workouts!0
