Whew, done. Low energy for some reason this morning, so this was especially tough.

    Did strength intervals today so far it's my favorite. Tomorrow is my rest day.

    I was having issues with my scale today think something evil >:) has possessed it. It was giving me different weights & saying I gained anywhere from 2-5 lbs. Think it might have some memory loss too cause it was very confused this morning. Dumb scale. Lol

    We'll see what happens next Saturday.

    I have a hard time keeping up on the weekends. :( I tend to make Saturday or Sunday my rest day. I work at a chain portrait studio and with the holidays we are SUPER busy. 7-8 hours on my feet running around like a chicken with my head cut off about sums it up. So I did Sweat on Friday, Saturday was my rest.

    I was low on energy today through strength intervals but picked up when I went to do sweat. I'm still a long way from being able to do the entire thing with them but it's getting better.

    My scale is also being ridiculous. Luckily it's telling my kid she's 5lbs heavier than she actually is, too. No loss for me this week.

    I didn't get to post on Sunday, the MFP app on my phone was acting up. But here is my Sip It Sunday. I'm always sipping on some Shakeology. Jennifer and Jessica I know y'all are too! I just love what it's done for my energy level and how it's killed my cravings. Cheers guys!8msb8atnf0i4.jpg
