So how did you find Week 1? Are you on track to meet your goal? Is it easier or harder than you thought to get the miles in?

    Week 1 was hampered by bad weather on the last day. I'm going to have to get more miles in during Week 2 or I'll fall short of my goal. Here's hoping this coming week is drier than the last!

    I didn't really have a way to count my miles but I now have my Fit Bit again.
    I know in Week 1 I had 3 miles on a treadmill so I will add that.

    Was hoping to get a walk in today but with a wind chill of -25 I just couldn't make myself get out there, shovelled the driveway, deck and sidewalk and hustled back indoors. Hopefully tomorrow the wind will die out.

    Definitely a little behind, but still plugging away. Been a rough start. Had a minor medical procedure and have had to skip the gym, hope to get back on Wednesday.

    hello MelRC~ if you know about how many miles you walk a day you can manually add them in your log to get credit. that way you won't lose any miles and can add them here as bonus. have a great day~
