Finished Phase One!!!!

SO psyched that I finished phase one today! My arms are noodly, but in the good way. This month, I managed to up my free weights from 5-12.5, my squat weight from 20-50lbs. I've only lost about eight pounds, but my clothes are feeling looser. Pretty sure I gained a ton of muscle, and that's okay.

Anyone else doing this program still?
