Your last T-Day, after dinner Nap?

T-Day 2013 "might" just have been your LAST after dinner napathon ("last" as in not happening again, not as in "previous").

For most of our lives "conventional wisdom" has told us that it's the L-Tryptophan in turkey that delivers the knockout punch....well.....

Turns out, chicken breast (as well as other foods), actually has MORE L-Tryp than turkey and when was the last time you heard someone speak of the need to nap after that chicken came off the grill at the summer picnic?

So, if it's NOT the turkey (L-Tryp), what could it possibly be?

First correct answer wins a ticket for (LCHF) turkey dinner at your house.

    I am feeling a bit anxious about the holidays.. not sure what I'll eat .. Maybe only the turkey thinking thinking.. nope, everything is carbs :)

    Ahhh.......probably 30 + people at my home again this year. I was just thinking about T-Day.
