Howdy,
Well last week went well...I enjoyed my fast days and it made me more conscious of what I was eating on feed days.
What day of the week do you all weigh yourself I am guessing there is quite a bit of fluctuation just due to your system being empty so to speak. I weighed in on Friday and was 3lb down, only to find I am the same amount back up this morning!

Your right, weight can fluctuate a lot with 5:2. I tend to weigh myself twice a week. On Sundays (the day before I start fasting) and this is my high weight and a bit inconsistent (depends on what I eat on my non-fast days). Then I weigh myself on Wednesdays, the day after I've done my fasts for the week. This weigh-in is more steady and gives me a boost because it's much lower.0

I normally fast Mo/Th. I weigh daily, but my official weekly weigh in is Saturday. I'm always up 1-4lb after the weekend. most of this is gone after my Monday fast as most of it is water.1

I have had weight swings as high as 15 lbs in a week...average is around 9.
