Howdy,

Well last week went well...I enjoyed my fast days and it made me more conscious of what I was eating on feed days.

What day of the week do you all weigh yourself I am guessing there is quite a bit of fluctuation just due to your system being empty so to speak. I weighed in on Friday and was 3lb down, only to find I am the same amount back up this morning!

    Your right, weight can fluctuate a lot with 5:2. I tend to weigh myself twice a week. On Sundays (the day before I start fasting) and this is my high weight and a bit inconsistent (depends on what I eat on my non-fast days). Then I weigh myself on Wednesdays, the day after I've done my fasts for the week. This weigh-in is more steady and gives me a boost because it's much lower. ;)

    I normally fast Mo/Th. I weigh daily, but my official weekly weigh in is Saturday. I'm always up 1-4lb after the weekend. most of this is gone after my Monday fast as most of it is water.

    Same...except I weigh at the end of Thursday's fast which can be anywhere from 40 to 50 hours depending on my resolve. This gives me the lowest possible weight that I've achieved all week.

    I have had weight swings as high as 15 lbs in a week...average is around 9.
