Calories to eat...

Can someone have a look at my food diary? These are all my meals and snacks and pre/post-workout food for today. I'm netting 1142, so I should still find another approximately 500 calories to squeeze in there somehow to make sure I get up to my 1671 BMR in the NET category? Is that right?
Sorry if this seems a repeat question, I thought I'd posted it before, but my computer froze and I don't see that it actually posted to the board...

    We suggest eating TDEE minus a small cut of 10-15% and never netting below your BMR.

    You may want to try more calorie dense food until you are used to eating more. Foods such as full fat cheese, milk, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, nut butters, nuts, avocado...to name a few.
