Week 6

Where do I begin on this wonderful week 6? Well, it the first snow happened and it's cold. That makes me want to do nothing but sit under a blanket, drink hot chocolate, eat popcorn, and watch movies.

Alas, I will NOT let this weather get the better of me and neither should YOU! I've started a new training program for myself, so I've increased my calories (though it's clean eating this still makes me happy). I'm going to really try challenging myself to a few things over this next week. I'm CUTTING SUGAR! That's right! I'm doing it and you should with me!

Of course, we are keeping in fruit, yogurt, and other certain items such as that, but I am really going to take out as much unnecessary sugar as possible. This will not only make a huge difference on the scale, but also with mood, sleep quality, and craving's during the holidays. This challenge goes all the way through the holidays so we are going to put some effort in to this! I've started on this yesterday, so who else is with me?
