Level 2, Day 7 - DONE on Sunday. Didn't push myself as hard as I did on Saturday because I was tired from being up very late with friends on Saturday night. Still felt good - things are definately getting easier. (but not the double crunches or the chair squats with the V raise!!! Those are still sooo hard for me.)
