Low carb Thanksgiving sides

I feel like I need some new ideas. If doing low carb and I bring a dish to pass, I either make a broc/cauli salad with bacon and cheese or a cheese and sausage tray which I was planning on doing. I would prefer it not to be something that would need to be kept warm.

Anybody have an idea they could share? Thanks!

Yes! I make this every year and my family loves it and they don't even eat low carb.

    YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE
    serves about 8

    6 medium yellow squash
    1 small yellow onion
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    sea salt
    black pepper
    teaspoon splenda
    2 eggs

Boil peeled and chopped squash and onion until soft.
Drain and get as much liquid out as you can.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with an electric mixture.
Pour into a greased baking dish and bake 350 at degrees for about 30 minutes or until
golden brown on top and slightly firm.

When I figured in MFP recipes, it came to:
    137 calories
7 carbs minus 2 fiber if you count net carbs
    10 grams fat

    So so so yummy!!

I do twice baked cauliflower (cream cheese, bacon, Cheddar cheese!) The first year I made it I only made 1 pan, didn't think anyone would choose it over the potatoes! Well, I barely got any! Now I make 2 pans, it's yummy!

I also do buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer...in a small crockpot is easiest but can be baked too, with celery sticks for me, and tortilla chips for the others.

Low carb pumpkin cheesecake is usually dessert too. And everyone eats it without noticing it's sugar free ;).

I made sausage stuffing once, but didn't like it enough to make it again.

There are loads of recipes you can do for thanksgiving... Green beans with bacon may be something I add this year :). It's fun and delicious to do thanksgiving LC!
