Hi Everyone,
Has anyone done the 10 day green smoothie cleanse before? I'm on day 3 and so far it's not too bad. My after meal numbers have been great and I'm losing weight (well, water weight so far, but it's still a loss). But I was wondering if anyone had done it before and if you had had complications because you were a diabetic?
