A growing problem

Hi, I'm new so I thought I'd introduce myself. I've had problems with binge eating since I was 13, maybe earlier, but as I've gotten into a busier job, it's gotten worse. I never thought I met criteria for binge eating disorder, but looking at the DSM-V criteria, I realize I do. I would like to stop. I work in a department with a lot of food, and I was distracted by both feeling uncomfortably full, and wanting to get more food. Driving home is often a problem too. I will stop to get food several places. This is an economic problem as well. I'd always stayed below a certain weight, but I must be eating more than I think, and I've now exceeded my maximum. My goal now is to log my calories to get a better idea of what I do. Thanks for creating the group.
