Guess i got used to the short workouts - this felt so long not only b/c it was but also b/c it was quite hard too. I used to do 1-1.5 hour long workouts all the time. I did 2 hour Zumba marathons and back-to-to back classes at the gym, what happened to me????? This 48 min was the longest 48 min ever. Getting back in the saddle is much harder than I thought it would be but I'm glad I'm on my way and hope to be back to myself soon.
In other news my back still feels messed up. I've had adjustments, I do my stretches and exercises everyday on top of doing PiYo, I've tried massage and tens units, fish oil, turmeric, alieve, flexerall, Epsom salt baths, ice, heat, salon pas and bio freeze. It feels a tiny bit better, but still not nearly good enough after all I've been doing. WTH!? Maybe I need to go to a spine doc. I'm at the end of my rope.
