Need to adapt to a clean eating lifestyle

I suggest to everyone what to eat and what not to eat. I know the "rules", i just dont always follow them. I have good intentions, but good intentions dont put more veggies in my family's stomach or will shrink my waist line.
I'm super busy, but who isnt? I don't get home until 6 and it makes it hard to spend an hour on dinner preparing everything.
We have a 16 month old and a 6 year old. The 6 year old GREATLY needs more veggies and fruit added to his diet and I personally need more as well.
When I do plan out a recipe or two for the week, I usually use dashingdish.com a lot. She promotes clean eating and her recipes are super good.

I just need the motivation to keep this lifestyle and make it a PRIORITY to feed my family and myself the healthiest, cleanest foods for a balanced diet.
