    Goals for November - 100 miles/15days over 10,000 steps

    Week 1 = 17.9 miles / 1 day over 10,000 steps / 15 mins. trampoline
    Week 2 = 27.8 miles / 2 days over 10,000 steps / 2 x's on the trampoline
    Total so far = 45.7 miles so far

    Oh dear - back to physio!! TMJ flared up again!!!

    Nov 15th - 3 miles
    Nov 16th - 3.7 miles
    Nov 17th - 2.4 miles
    Nov 18th - 2 miles
    Nov 19th - 3 miles
    Nov 20th - 3.8 miles - curled
    Nov 21th - 2.2 miles
    Total for the week 20.1 miles = total so far 65.8 miles

    No trampoline - physio said no for this week.
