Zombies, Run! 5K app - I like it!

So, I started the Zombies, Run! 5K program yesterday and thought I would tell you about it, because it was fun, the program made the exercise pass much more quickly than usual, and it is appropriate for people who are starting at a low level of athletic ability (like moi!).
It is very cool. Basically, it combines a running program with a story where you are a character, and have to do tasks and train to have adventures. It really gets the blood pumping and the adrenaline going, and somehow makes the exercise pass faster. The program is interval running, and it starts off at a very low level of cardio exercise and gradually increases from there. Compared to C25K, it seems to start at a more manageable level, and increase in intensity at a slower rate. So, workout 1 consisted of 10 minutes of walking, 15 minutes of 15 second run - 1 minute walk intervals, and then 10 minute of "free form running" where you can walk, jog, skip, or do whatever to keep your heartrate where it needs to be. The app tracks your pace and your distance by using GPS. Yesterday, in 35 minutes, I walked/jogged 2.75 miles. That is a 12.4 minute mile. Not too bad!
You can use this app indoors or outdoors. Outdoors, your info gets tracked by GPS. Inside, your info is tracked by an accelerometer function. Though I have not used this in conjunction with other apps, I read last night that you can also have other apps running at the same time, like mapmyrun, or for me, my bluetooth HR monitor (if I remember to wear it, which I never do!).
Also, the app has a related website, which uploads your runs and data, and keeps track of how you are progressing for you.
All in all - this early review is a good one. It is a more gradual increase in intensity than C25K, which is important for me, because I injured myself during C25K by increasing pace and distance too quickly.
