Donna, sorry you had a rough week, but good job making a plan for getting back on track.
April, "hungry" was my word of the day yesterday. Must be the moon. Lol.
Marla, hope you got some rest.
Got my abs workout done this a.m. Should hit the gym later, if all goes well.
I'm having some trouble with bein really hungry at night before bed and feeling like my calorie allotment isn't enough and that my tracker isn't giving me enough activity based calories. Don't want to eat over my goal, but can't stand that feeling of my stomach eating itself. .???0 -
Donna - I'm sorry you had a rough week last week, but I'm glad you are starting to feel better!
Sherry - I adjusted my calorie intake back up a bit, and I am doing much better! I don't know if it was psychological and now that my count is allowing more that I don't give up at the end of the day because I can't make it...or if my body just needed the extra calories. But either way it helped me a lot! Also, when I'm starting to feel hungry I've started just going to bed earlier. Either way, I hope you figure it out!
Yesterday went well for me! I got a good walk in and a bunch of yardwork done. I also was very frugal with my eating because I knew I was going out that night. We went for pizza, and I had two slices and shared a dessert. I did not get pop but only drank water instead. As a result I was still well under my calorie count. I also did not have a snack later that night...just drank a lot of water!
Today I should be able to get back into a routine a bit, I'm planning on cleaning out the kids rooms today...and vacuum my room as well. I want to house clean before my surgery. I'm almost done with the yardwork and I'm pleased that our yard is looking so great!

Walked to gym. Shoulders and hips, another good workout. Walked partway back, then some run intervals.
It's funny how I had finally defeated the psychological/bored/emotional/etc aspect of late night eating, by saving a meals worth of calories for then. But then later after I eat, I'm famished again--not bored, not "unsatisfied", not emotional, but REALLY physically hungry. Reminds me of my breastfeeding days. Idk. As always, my inly consolation is that if I hit the gym hard enough, I'll be building muscle. But I have to eventually shred all this stupid squishy fat! Ugh!

Only two more days of this, I swear i feel like a caged animal all day, lol. Our cute oil and vinegar shop is downstairs in a cellar like, so no windows and it's dark when I leave. My boss flew to visit her sister so working extra days. It's so slow I brought ipad with audio book in between customers. By end of day yesterday I was going nuts! Bringing Xmas cards to do today!0

Got up early and lazed in bed for a bit, then hopped on treadmill with trashy mag
Great eating yesterday...until 8pm. I JUST NEED TO HAVE A PROTEIN SHAKE AFTER DINNER!
Also today I'm wearing an XL sweater that hasn't fit since 2007! This morning the scale showed my lowest weight in 7 years but I'm not sure I believe it yet.
Love to see how everyone rolls with life and keeps health/fitness a priority.
