Do you have some breakfast suggestions?
I am getting quite sick of EGGS (in any form) & Bacon.
I think tomorrow will be a plant protein shake. I will use the plant protein powder, almond butter, raspberries along with some almond milk.

carbs are kinda high with this one but i like slicing a banana and putting almond butter on each piece.0

Good Question vhuber. I have been eating 3 hard boiled eggs with 4-6 slices of bacon every morning for breakfast. Does anyone think this is too much bacon and eggs? I think so, but I am not sure. I know these are Paleo foods, but can you eat too much of it? In addition, I have been eating Paleo for five and a half weeks, and only lost 4.4 pounds. Could it be I am eating too many calories? I stopped tracking the calories....
Any other breakfast suggestions?0 -

Not at all! Think about it, that's close to one pound per week! It's rare to lose more than 1-2lbs a week, and 2lbs is rare unless you have a lot of fat to lose. I haven't looked at your diary, but your weight loss progress seems to be pretty solid. Great job for not counting calories...that's what I love about paleo/primal.
As for the bacon and eggs, I eat them every day because they make me feel really good. 4-6 slices of bacon and 3 hard boiled eggs sounds like a pretty big breakfast. To me this is fine because I'm sure it satisfies you for hours.0 -
TiaBia9, thanks for the reply. It actually does satisfy me until well into the afternoon. I stopped adding food to my diary because when I added the food, I couldn't help but see the calorie intake and obsess. Now I just write what I eat in a notebook for my dietician to review (she is the one who recommended I eat Paleo).
I guess I will continue eating the bacon and eggs daily, but maybe I will cut down to two eggs and no more than 4 slices of bacon to see how that goes.
I have made Paleo pancakes, which taste good, but only ate that once or twice.
Any other suggestions for breakfast?

I usually rotate between eggs/meat, coconut milk/fruit smoothie, and fruit and paleo granola . Last night dinner is usually lunch the following day.0

I do eat a lot of eggs and bacon or some other leftover meat. But we also ferment our own kefir and make smoothies with bananas and frozen fruit, couple kale leaves. You could add coconut oil or whatever you want. Store bought kefir is okay but not nearly as healthy as the home brewed stuff. I've also made this a few times.
