I've finally made it to my highest weight in maintence! My goal is to get back to to MY low end of my maintence by Dec! Finally the scale is going in the right direction, yay for me! Plus after the holidays I'm going to sign up for the Rock n' Roll half marathon in Seattle!
That is awesome. It is great when you get back to where you were happy. You can get there. A half marathon, that is a great goal. With all that running you have been doing, you will do awesome. Good Luck!

I hope to be posting regularly again. I'm trying to ease back into working out. I lost 6 pounds in 10 days after my oral surgery. That was too much too fast and it took a huge toll on my energy. Ironically this happened just after I decided to lower my weight loss to .5 pounds per week.
Take care of yourself. It is great that you know your body and know what to do. Do not overdo it until you get your energy back.

I meant to take it easy today in martial arts but it was a really small class today and I got a lot of one on one instruction. Which was awesome . . . but tiring.
