I make a low-cal version of what is commonly called Watergate salad
1 pkg of sugar free instant pistachio pudding
16 oz can of crushed pineapple
2 eight oz containers of yogurt
Chill one hour. You can add a little coconut.
It's delicious and won't kill your healthy eating goals.
