Wow, can you believe we are past mid-November already!! Seems everyone is busy with something or other...school, work, family, etc!! So how are you doing? Any plans for 'turkey' day coming up soon??? I love Thanksgiving, but have decided not to host a dinner this year. Last year went out for dinner at a place that made the traditional American Thanksgiving dinner, but it was a total washout!

    I am doing quite well although I feel a bit strange because on Friday I cut off a foot of hair. It had been almost 2 years since my last haircut, but I finally felt like I had enough to donate. We will see if I plan to keep it short or if I will go back to long.

    For Thanksgiving I will just be going over to my parents house and helping to prepare dinner. My one sister will be coming over with her family as well. A couple of my cousins might be coming since their family is in Georgia and they will be going there for Christmas, but not Thanksgiving. Since my other sister and husband were just here, we won't be seeing them.

    That morning I will probably be joining some of my friends in a game of tackle football. Hopefully burning those calories will help mitigate some of the damage that the dinner will cause.

    Hi folks! Things are going pretty well for me. Scale isn't moving as much as I'd like, but I've lost an inch here and there since I last measured, so that's good!

    Going to Ohio to visit my finance's family for Thanksgiving, which is always a nice time. We'll be there for almost 6 days, which is... a lot, but I'm sure it'll go by quickly. My future BIL's wife is fantastic, and we exchange meaningful glances when the family weirdness crops up :)

    Things are definitely ramping up when it comes to school work. I'm a bit overwhelmed at the moment, but I should be ok. The trouble is stress often leads to mindless eating, so I've got to keep on top of that!
