    I think I'm done even attempting to work out on the weekends. Work IS my workout. I worked 10.5 hours with only one 30 minute break on Saturday and just over 7 hours on Sunday. I am beat. Yesterday was a slow day and I have today off so back to the grind. :) I'm still going to try Mon-Fri to work out. I'm down another 2.5lbs though!

    My wknd was awesome! I had a race on Saturday which I PRd & it was a PB for me too.
