Hello all, I am new to IIFYM and am still finding my way. Some days I struggle to hit calories, fat and protein. Im usually right at or over a little on carbs. I am trying to determine if I am stressing to much about this as long as I am under my calories limit. What are yalls thoughts on calories being the most important macro?

Calories are not a macro. The three macros are protein/fat/carbs (and technically alcohol but disregard that). If your macros are accurate and you are spot on with macro numbers, your calories should be spot on as well. If they are not, disregard them. They are regularly underestimated. Like today I am spot on with macros but MFP says i have 62 calories left; I don't.

Follow your macros and disregard calories.
