So I was invited to this "party" and it seems to be a meal replacement shake. I think I can get the same results by eating a can of soup instead of a big heavy meal. Or change one of my meals to all liquid. Anyway, I did something similar to this for a week, just to see results and I lost fast, but I gained it all back quick. Has anyone had any experience with this stuff and what were your results?
