Adding Exercise
Last week first week added exercise. I didn't see any change. I read it takes 2 or 3 weeks of exercise to see change because your muscles retain water at first. Struggling

So I was invited to this "party" and it seems to be a meal replacement shake. I think I can get the same results by eating a can of soup instead of a big heavy meal.
