Adding Exercise

Last week first week added exercise. I didn't see any change. I read it takes 2 or 3 weeks of exercise to see change because your muscles retain water at first. Looking forward to 3days this week on the Arc Trainer 750a burning 900 calories in 90minutes a day. I lost 23pounds with no exercise now I am stepping up my game. Feeling good last year bought some stretch pants that I could nearly fit today tried on the same stretch pant at 4 sizes smaller.
