Hi, I am hoping that this can help me get out of the diet/binge mode. I have a lot of weight to lose and could use friends and encouragement. I believe I successfully figured out my calories by taking my TDEE and subtracting 15%. I am an older college student and don't have time to exercise, so will those calories still be the right amount? Thanks!

So walking around a bit on campus, not actually Sedentary?
Be honest if Lightly Active.
If no exercise, what does the 15% end up being in calories?0 -
How did you figure your TDEE? And as heybales said, most college students are lightly active just by being on campus - sedentary is only if you truly sit on your tushy all the time.0
