I've been sabotaging myself & I MUST, MUST, MUST get my act together. I can feel the itchy buzzy skin feeling along with bloating and gas! Known as the old way is trying to move back in!
I sooooo not want that. I promise myself and YOU to go forth like a GROK!!!
