Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving or any other feast day is usually a challenge for me to stay within my calorie range. So here is my plan - it worked for me last year. Portions. Eat small portions (1/4c/60mL) of high calorie items and exercise to offset the extra calories. Do you have a plan?

    Pretty much the same....and then hit the gym hard tomorrow

    I'm doing low carb, so I think Ill focus on turkey, gravy and green beans. Then a teaspoon of everything else. My fav is stuffing, I will probably splurge a little on that.
