I am dealing with regained 30lbs. I started this program yesterday because I've always wanted to run but never would because of my weight and low self esteem. I am in hopes that this will help jumpstart my weight loss and help me lose it once and for all. I feel like I have forgotten how to eat as a 12 year post op . help. I surely need support and encouragement.
