Hypothyroidism and Hyperthyroidism

I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism in September so I'm fairly new to this. My doctor said my free T4 was 0.8 and that is in the normal range. I'm having trouble finding what the normal range is. Could someone fill me in?

    it depends on the lab, my free t4 is 22.1 with a range of upto 23 (can't remember the bottom end) which is wholly different from your level, best thing to do is phone your doc and ask for the ranges, the receptionist should be able to give you this number no problem.
