Best of luck man
I feel like im eating like a guy at the moment with the macros im on lol. 2054 calories, C- 301 F- 44 P- 111. Ive actually lost weight on these reccomendations though...its been 2 weeks of these macros.
- Do you have any suggestions? Should i increase carbs by 10g and fats by 5 g etc?? A little bit lost haha.0 -
If you are loosing weight on those numbers, increase your carbs, since you are bulking (reverse dieting)? I usually recommend people to increase their total calories and let MFP calculate their numbers. You need between 0.3 - 0.6 grams of fat per pound of bodyweight. If you have the app you can modify your goal C, F, P % easily. Increase 10-20g carbs per week and assess each week depending on your goal. Feel free to add me on here and ask any questions.0
