Heart rate when you first started working out

My heart rate when I first started working out is 130 at 2.0 on the treadmill. I'm not breathing heavy, but I'm just wondering if this is normal? I'm at 360. Just a little worried. Seems like not walking very fast and my heart rate is really up. Thanks.

That's normal. My heart rate was insane while walking when I was at my highest weight. It just takes time for your body to get used to it. If you're using a heart rate monitor, it's kind of fun seeing improvement over the months.0
