Just wanted to wish you all a happy turkey day!! Stay focused...but give yourself permission to 'cheat' just a bit!!!

    Happy Thanksgiving. I think it will be unavoidable. I simply plan on enjoying the food with reasonable preparations, record everything, then rub my belly and take a nap.
