Happy Thanksgiving to all of my 5:2 pals. So thankful that I found you. Getting to know you all has been a highlight of my year. I couldn't imagine a better group to make this journey with. You are funny and caring with a touch of push. You each add your own unique flavor to our discussions. And I love that you are from all around the world. Oh, yeah, and we lose weight together. Whether you are celebrating Thanksgiving today or not, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know I was thankful for you. <3 -Julie

<tipping hat>Thank you...and to you as well...always a bright spot in the daily grind.

    I'm thankful for time...time to think...time to heal...and repair...time to change...
a finite source we so often take for granted.

I hope you all get as much as you need...and then some.

@orlcam Yes, those things are so valuable yet undervalued in the U.S. culture. IMHO, the most creative people are the ones that know who they are and are not afraid to be vulnerable. Thankful you are taking the time to work on yourself.

Were you able to have Thanksgiving with your wife and kids?

Sadly no...but spent it with her sister and family. We all grew up together so it was a nice day. Looks like it won't be until next summer before I get to see my wife and kids face to face. Tick...tock...

That is hard to be separated from those you love for so long. Hopefully Skype is helping to fill the gap.

^^I agree. I had no idea Orlcam. You are however spending your time alone wisely, getting healthier and healing. Keep your eye on that.
