To hell with gaining weight over the holidays! The best Christmas give for me will be greater health. The best way to start the new year will be with momentum from a strong finish to this one. Let's get some focus and some action in this group, and have a strong finish to the year. I'll post every day - how about you? I'll keep my cals in less than 2000 and get exercise just about every day - how about you? I'll be smiling as I fit great in my tux on New Year's Eve - how about you? See you tomorrow - I may not be down, but I won't be up, even after the feast today! How about you?

I'm in maintenance but would like to stayed focused through the end of the year. With work and travel it's a tough time to keep up with exercise. So I'm commit to maintaining weight and 3 workouts per week, at least 2 weighs and 1 cardio.

Outstanding! It is tough with work and travel - been the hardest for me. Good luck!

Enjoyed the Thanksgiving feast yesterday - and the scale shows me flat. It helped to get over 20,000 steps in! Now, on to the weight loss challenge. We can do it!

Great time with the family yesterday. Too much pie and chocolates still in the house. Weigh-in tomorrow.

Argh. Didn't weigh this morning but it couldn't have been good - little exercise and lots of eating / drinking yesterday. Off to a much better start today - almost 90 minutes of exercise, reasonable on the intake. Going to end up down and keep the drive for 225 going!

No change for me on this morning's weigh in. Ate over goal on 4 days this week and lifted only once. I'll get back in to a routine this week.

Made it through Thanksgiving weekend with minimal damage. Was 1500 calories over weekly goal, so not bad. However I didn't since last Monday, so today's return was more challenging and my usual 45 minute sessions took me 60 minutes to complete. Suspect I'll be a little sore tomorrow.

Sorry guys - my life got crazy and I fell off the wagon. Ended up just maintaining. Going to reset, recommit, and get back on track in '15
