I hope each of you had a lovely Thanksgiving.
Mine was enjoyable, starting with friends at the church's potluck followed by many hours holding a purring cat snuggled on my lap while doing some plastic canvas crafts and watching movies I got my steps in early, which was good because both cats took turns wanting to be held while they slept I was pleased to see a lot of healthy alternatives at the potluck and other than the high sodium content, feel I did pretty well all in all. I admired many desserts but most of them did not call to me. The pecan pie called my name but I ignored it, knowing the calorie count and choosing some jello fluff instead. I brought some leftovers home with me, but they are healthy choices. So, once I lose the salt weight, I should be right on track. Hopefully.
