Hello TLCPL staffers!
Glad you made the commitment to stay active this holiday season. We are going to keep this simple (hopefully). All you have to do is post to each weekly thread here in the group and list how much activity you did during the week.
Example posts:
Michelle Gasser - 2 days (walking), 30 minutes each day
or
Michelle Gasser - 4 days (walking, running, lifting), total of 120 minutes
For each day you complete at least 30 minutes of activity, we'll put your name in a drawing for the fun prizes. So...the more you move, the better your chances! And of course the better you will feel!
Deadline for posting each week will be on Monday by 8:30pm. So posting dates are as follows:
December 8
December 15
December 22
December 29
January 5 (we'll give you an extra few days to update your info after Dec 31)
