Correct Activity Level

Good afternoon, friends!

I am in the midst of my reset :). I am just finishing up my first week at full TDEE (2400) and so far no weight gain.

I have been thinking though about my activity level however and just wanted to ask the peanut gallery for their consensus.

I watched the EM2WL video and it advised that most individuals are at a moderate exercise level even though they think they may be considered sedentary. I followed this advice, but I just wanted to get more opinions.

I am 24, 5'8 and currently a solid 155lbs.

I currently have a 40 hour week desk job, and I also have a second job as a waitress 15-20 hours per week.
In addition, I get between 30-90 minutes of exercise 4 times per week. (This consists of a variety of exercises including HIIT, cardio and lifting)
Finally, on a consistent basis I clean with moderate / vigorous effort for 90 minutes a week.

All in all, in your opinions do you think utilizing a moderate level activity for my basis is accurate?

Thank you for your help and sharing your opinions!
