Here's a place where we can share helpful tips or vent or whatever we need to keep each other on track.

I'll start. Although I usually walk or run alone, going with a friend makes all the difference. I have 3 ladies I go with on a regular basis and I think we really push each other to go farther/faster/better.

If there's anyone at Main interested in walking during lunch breaks, let me know! I'm only 3 days a week but I'm sure we could work something out.
